Who sees your data
We use Web3Forms to deliver form submissions by email, Tawk.to for live chat (only after you accept or open chat), Netlify to host the site, and Higgsfield and Amazon CloudFront to serve images, which means your IP address reaches those services when images load. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that message. Email, telephone and accounting providers process data for us. Your details may be shared with the fitting team or subcontractor working on your job. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to another provider. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, complain to us first using the details above, and we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Marketing
We only contact you about your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
